I think I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t like cake. I for one openly admit to being a cake lover! Almost any type will do but my favourites have to be rocky road and vanilla buttercream cupcakes! Wedding couples are taking more of an interest than ever before in choosing their ideal wedding cake. The days of the simple 3 tiered white iced wedding cakes are gone! Cupcakes, miniature cakes and pie displays have become equally as popular. Upon her return from Toronto, where she studied for a Diploma in Confectionary Arts, she left full time employment and founded CocoaMoiselle.
