\u2018Beetroot cured salmon with pea and wasabi cream, golden beetroot and micro herbs\u2019 to start, followed with \u2018Chargrilled fillet of beef with fondant potato, braised shallot, Caf\u00e9 de Paris butter and watercress\u2019 and to finish \u2018Eton mess with crushed meringue, fresh berries and lemon curd cream\u2019.<\/p>\n
