Join us for our Wedding Open Day and see the Shearwater set exactly as it would be for your big day. Walk through our fully dressed ballroom, step into the bridal suite, and picture your drinks reception as your guests would experience it. You can book a private showaround with our wedding Coordinator, Kate, between 12pm and 3pm to chat through your plans properly.

Begin your visit with a glass of bubbles and delicious canapés as you explore our beautifully dressed ballroom and wander through our enchanting wedding garden, perfect spaces to imagine saying “I do” in a setting crafted with luxury, warmth, and charm. Our award-winning Wedding Team will be on hand for one-to-one consultations and guided tours, introducing you to the most romantic corners of our hotel, including the iconic tree on our central lawn where our very first couple exchanged vows in 1966. Saturday 14th March 1.30pm to 4pm We’re delighted to invite you and your partner to our private wedding showaround, where you’ll enjoy a private tour of our hotel, the grounds, you’ll meet the team, and we can chat through all your wedding day plans whilst enjoying a glass of bubbly and some nibbles from our Head Chef.
