SlimRetreat offer Healthy, Fast and Effective Weight Loss & Detox programs for Brides to Be, Grooms, Mothers of the Bride/Groom and specialise in Healthy Hen parties. If you are also part of our Healthy Hens programs you are welcome to have your hens visit you in your apartment after the daily program, during quiet periods. The same applies if you are with any other guests, such as ‘mother of the bride’. If you are booked onto a 5 or 7 Day Retreat we hold a hen party during your stay. Whether you choose the 3, 5 or 7 Day Retreat we will do our utmost to ensure you are pampered whilst achieving your goals for your big day and that your stay is enjoyable and FUN!

Slim Retreat offers effective weight loss and detox programs in a boutique setting, run by a dynamic team of experts including, personal trainers, yoga instructors, nutritionists and wellbeing advisors.

You will be accommodated in our luxurious Serenity Suite – a separate apartment in our grounds, very close to the main house. The accommodation has a Super King bed, en-suite facilities and a private lounge with a balcony and beautiful views across the Bantry countryside.

If you are also part of our Healthy Hens programs you are welcome to have your hens visit you in your apartment after the daily program, during quiet periods. The same applies if you are with any other guests, such as ‘mother of the bride or groom’. If you are booked onto a 5 or 7 Day Retreat we hold a hen party during your stay. During your stay you will be able to book a complimentary facial or manicure and pedicure as well as the relevant complimentary massages and trips that are applicable to the retreat you have booked.

All of our programs are based on you actively partaking in the full program to achieve the best results.
