was a fantastic alternative option to the Grand Ballroom and Penthouse Suite (also lovely venues)! Everything in there was set up really intimately and there was enough space to ensure that a decent sized dance floor could be set up as well, thus eliminating any 'turn over' time in between the main meal and evening entertainment. The service that we received from the team in both the lead up to the wedding, on the day and afterwards has been great - a special shout out and massive thanks to Ciara, Richard, Brian and also the General Manager, James McGinn. All staff working across the restaurant, piano bar, reception and concierge were fab and everyone recognised my wife and I throughout the week that we was there and didn't hesitate in asking if there was anything that could be done and also congratulating us afterwards. Prices for both the wedding and venue were VERY reasonable and all of our family and friends who attended said the same. A lot of our guests fed back to us that the wedding breakfast meal was the best wedding food that they had ever tasted. We also stayed for the NYE ball during the same week and again this was also a fantastic night - would definitely recommend attending this for a good night/NYE bash! If you are thinking about getting married in Belfast, we would certainly say, check out the Europa as a serious option - we couldn't have asked for a better experience and we are already looking forward to returning there for our one year anniversary! quick pint in the city to having Tayto cheese and onion sandwiches for the buffet! Nothing was too much to ask and she dealt with everything quickly and efficiently - the easiest person ever to deal with. We had booked rooms to stay in the night before and night of the wedding which were all fantastic, they were on the 11th floor and as we had assumed - had all the Hastings trimmings you come to expect. Comfy beds, great service, gorgeous bathroom, bags of space, plenty of hanging space (and of course a Hastings rubber duck) the room was plenty big enough to accommodate 5 girls getting ready in the morning and all the stuff that comes with that! The actual day itself could not have been better, the views of the Belfast city skyline set the day off perfectly, the bar was well stocked all day and the staff were so incredibly attentive. The food was fabulous and on speaking to a number of our guests, there hasn’t been a single complaint. I would just like to also mention Paul and Patrick who were both fantastic on the day. They both had an air of calm so we didn’t worry about a thing, they were god sends. To sum up, if you’re looking for a wedding venue in the city centre - look no further! Everyone of our guests commented on how fantastic the food was and were amazed at the generous portions and fantastic quality and i certainly have to agree.
