winter wedding. Their professionalism shines through in how well the hotel looks and how organised they are which meant my wedding venue was the easiest part of my wedding day to organise. I didn't have any stress or worries in the run up to the big day because I knew I was being looked after by Catrina and JP. If you decide to have your wedding at the Everglades, I have no doubt you will feel the same way as the events team take all the stress out of it and make it look easy! This was all I wanted and the Everglades truly pulled off the most stress free wedding day for us. The staff are a credit to the Hastings group as they are so friendly, attentive and really make you feel at home and we couldn't have asked for more. I definitely felt that they went above and beyond for us and our guests over the 2 days and it was greatly appreciated by all. We are still on cloud nine when we talk about our big day and we have the Everglades to thank for making it happen for us! My tip to anyone would be to call in and meet the team and let them show you how they do it, it really is a gem of a venue!! Great beds, great food but most of all, great people!!

Not only was the food excellent, the hotel rooms spotless & the service fantastic but the staff set this hotel MILES ahead of any competition. I ask basing this review on our recent wedding where we stayed three nights & had around 100 guests in total. We never wanted a thing the entire time. Not …

only did we notice this but so did our guests. Nearly everyone commented on how great the staff were, which included the dinner service, bar staff, reception staff etc. Many of guests also stayed at least two nights and again no one had a bad word to day about the entire experience. My wife and I were sad to leave on Saturday! Special thanks go to Richard, Paul, Kayleigh & Mairead. Hastings Hotel Group have a real winning combination with the staff here and I hope they recognize their staff as a result.

ensure our privacy which also gave a lovely backdrop for some indoor photos. They hired in bbq's to satisfy our food requirements and even the pianist joined in whilst we having photographs taken!
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and constantly endured our night was perfect. The wedding planner and manager were so helpful and information even making good suggestions during the planning stages. We can't fault them.
Overall, I would highly recommend a wedding at the Everglades. :-)

their stay so much that have revisited since. We were so impressed by every aspect on the day the food, the bridal suite and the ballroom that we wish we could do it all again!! Nothing was too much work and everything was how we imagined.
