patient, supportive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Special recognition goes to Ellis, whose detail and personalised approach was greatly appreciated and truly made a difference in ensuring that our day was everything we had hoped for.

The planning process was a breeze thanks to everyone at the Maryborough. They took care of all the logistics and made sure that everything was setup exactly how we wanted it. We felt so relaxed and stress-free on the day knowing that everything was in good hands.

The food was simply amazing and received great reviews from all of our guests. Brian was an absolute star and kept everything flowing throughout the evening without being intrusive. We are so grateful for all the hard work that went into making our day so special and we can't recommend the Maryborough enough for anyone looking to host their event.

helpful and also helped us with tweaking plans as we needed. The other managers and staff on the day were all really excellent and very accommodating throughout.

Many of our guests commented on how impressed they were with the hotel in general and the food also got many compliments. One guest said that it was the best meal she had at a wedding that year (and she'd been to quite a few!).

and relaxed about planning the day. When it came to choosing our menu, we had a wonderful tasting evening, again in huge part due to the attentiveness of Donough and the advice he gave. The food was amazing, and replicated exactly the way we requested on the big day - the quality of the meal can't be understated, and was reflected in extremely positive feedback from our guests. We were incredibly well looked after on the day itself, from a warm and personal welcome on arrival, to when we finally retired to the stunning bridal suite. Nothing was too much trouble, and every need was catered for almost before we knew we needed it! We could not recommend Maryborough highly enough, and can’t wait to return for our one year anniversary dinner. Huge thanks to Elis, Donough, Brian, and all management and staff who gave us such a memorable day.

We had our wedding at the Maryborough Hotel and Spa on the 16th of December 2021. We had the most beautiful drinks reception and canapés in the orangery and then on to the ballroom for our meal, speeches and some dancing! We had our wedding during covid restrictions and I have to say it did not …

feel that way on the day.
Despite the restrictions we had the best day of our lives, all made possible by the staff at the Maryborough Hotel. I want to give a special thank you to Anna who was such a beautiful person and a great help to my husband and I and any of our guests that needed it on the day.
From the moment we arrived to the hotel it was magical, from the twinkle of the fairy lights to the red carpet and dry ice display next to the open fire in the lobby.
Mary and Ellis were so helpful from the first day of planning and they really put my mind at ease, going through every detail and helping with nerves of pending lockdowns.
If you are a newly engaged couple and beginning your planning process I would highly recommend popping up to the Maryborough and start you Wedding planning off right!
