helped to make the planning process so accessible and enjoyable for us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we knew we were in safe hands with you from the moment we met you. Your honesty and professionalism shone through right away, all the way through the planning. You always offered great advice and suggestions and your warm personality with that shining smile made the whole process a dream.

April 2nd was the best day of our lives. The hotel was amazing. The function room looked beyond beautiful and the sun shone all the way through giving all our guests the most incredible view through our meal. It really is the nicest wedding function room in the country, the views are breathtaking.

The standard of food was incredible. All our guests talked about the quality and quality of the food, from the delicious canopes to the main meal and evening food. It exceeded our expectations. The service was incredible, the staff at the hotel are best in the industry, and everyone was so friendly to us and our guests. Saying goodbye to the staff the next morning was like saying goodbye to our own people.

We are so sad that our day is over but beyond happy with how it went. We could not fault anything with any aspect of the hotel. Everyone is still talking about what an amazing day it was.

Again we cannot put into words how grateful we are for all you have done for us. You are the best in your business. Your kindness shines through from the moment anyone meets you.

I'm envious of all the brides and grooms set to having their wedding day at Mulranny Park hotel. I would love to do it all again. It really is an incredible experience there. I have no doubt they will be as happy as we were.

We will be back to stay again, it holds a very special place in our hearts now and I do hope we cross paths again.

We just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you so much for making our wedding so special. To be honest, we were so stressed coming up to it with everything going wrong! You were always so chilled about it all and helped us relax.

all of the staff. It felt like a home from home and everyone was just so comfortable for the two/three days.

So many of our guests remarked about how amazing the staff were. The service was fantastic throughout the whole time and having the hotel to ourselves was an amazing treat. We are so glad we went ahead with it despite all the obstacles.

The food on the day was even nicer than the tasting. Everyone was very happy with their meals and you were so welcoming and kind to the kids at the wedding. That was really appreciative. Everyone who was there are already trying to plan out their next trip back to the hotel over the summer.

of arriving to the hotel that first day. My husband and I both agreed it was the most beautiful venue we had ever seen and we secretly felt we would never be able to afford such a stunning location for our big day.

But then we met Asta, she is unbelievable. I would recommend having your wedding at Mulranny simply just to avail of such an amazing wedding coordinator. From the moment we met her, we felt at ease. She made everything possible for us and she was so easy to talk to. Nothing was too big a task for Asta. She remained cool, calm and collected throughout the whole planning. And she seemed so excited for us. Every time, after we met her, we would be extra excited and giddy thinking of our big day.

Our guests were so impressed by the food and the venue. The food was amazing and top class service too.

Ever since attending our first wedding at Mulranny hotel over 7 years ago we always liked the idea of having our reception at the most picturesque place in Ireland. from different edges of the country. However from our first meeting with Asta we knew there could be only one choice! Asta was so helpful to us throughout with her expertise on what ideas works and does not work on the wedding day. However it was the week of the wedding, especially the day, that Asta along with her team showed just how professional, accommodating and knowledgeable they truly are. We were blown away on how Asta and her team so beautifully made our ideas and wedding theme into a reality. Mulranny hotel was instrumental in making our wedding the best day of our life.

A testament to how much our guest enjoyed themselves also is their comments to us even months and a few wedding attendances later; friends and family are still commenting on how 'it was such a good day' and 'that's a beautiful hotel, isn't it? I can't believe that was the first time I've been there.'

"We would like to say a massive thank you to Asta and her team at Mulranny Park Hotel for hosting our wedding on 26th August 2016. We are based in the UK and picked the date around 18 months in advance. Whilst we were able to visit the hotel a couple of times …

beforehand, the way Asta managed everything for us was fantastic.

The hotel really do go out of their way to look after you. Even on the day, there were certain things that we had forgotten about but the staff at the hotel were very relaxed and found a solution. An example of this was about 5 minutes before guests were due to enter the room we realised we hadn't supplied any background music for the meal- this wasn't a problem for the team.

The food was incredible, which all guests commented on. The local feel to the menu was great and the standard was fantastic. We had 215 guests and to be able to cater for that many people, and keep the standards so high takes some doing.

There were plenty of little touches added by Asta and the team on the day that looked fantastic.

We would certainly recommend Mulranny to people looking for a venue to get married- you won't be disappointed.

Bay towards Croagh Patrick over the causeway towards Mulranny Beach in front of the hotel. Dont worry if you forget, you'll see it on your way out and in the meantime you will get to meet a great team of people that delivered a fantastic wedding day for us. Your wedding is not just a day, its about before, during and after. Leading up to the wedding every person that we met at the hotel gave us confidence that the day would go well. On the day it could not have gone better. We were married in the church across the road from the hotel so getting back to the hotel was easy for everybody. The meal was excellent and if you get a chance to eat at the Nephin Restaurant at the hotel you would see why. Most importantly, the people at the hotel put us at ease and helped us to enjoy our day. Their professionalism took the pressure away and that was very important to us. Some of our wedding guests stayed before or after the wedding and enjoyed the outdoor activitivies and leisure center at hotel. Even though we dont live in the area we go back every chance we get. It was an easy decision and we are glad we made it.

the hotel, the welcome we got from Asta and the team was second to none. All of our guests were outside on the lawn, enjoying drinks in the serious heat!
Asta was at the bottom of the steps welcoming us with huge hugs and a glass of champagne. She carried my train up the steps so I wouldn’t trip. I can honestly say there is not one thing that this lady doesn’t think of.
Huge compliments to Chamila and all of his staff in the kitchen in providing such a fabulous meal for 140 people, all of our guests were raving about it.
The wait staff were so friendly and again, nothing was too much for them, I’d say they were sick of the sight of us after four days seeing us for breakfast, lunch and dinner for four days!
Some of our guests were wondering if Asta was a family friend, I think I hugged Asta more that weekend than I did my new husband!!!
Mulranny Park Hotel were an absolute dream to work with and I am so grateful for all the work that Asta and her team and the rest of the staff put in and making our day so special.

needed to know so when we booked our day we were thrilled to have even got a date as they were pretty booked up we just were extremely lucky!!
All through the year and lead up to the wedding between meeting up with Asta and being in contact she was amazing very quick with her responses and nothing was ever a problem! We had our tasting menu a few weeks before wedding and was so nice we knew we had nothing to worry about!!
The day of the wedding was just perfect hotel was looking great. Asta had everything sorted for us, the room was just beautiful exactly how we wanted it, flowers were beautiful, the whole set up was just what we imagined!
The meal was top class and all our guests were complimenting it so hats off to the chef!! Asta did not leave our side for the meal she was working away and constantly asking if we were ok which was just a lovely touch!! We had the most amazing day and night in mulranny so thank you so so much to everybody who works there ye are just superb!!
Asta you were just amazing and we were delighted we had the pleasure of dealing with you!! You are a treasure to mulranny hotel and they are lucky to have you!!

The little touches were great too, for example our priest missed the 11 o'clock food and one of the waitresses went into the kitchen and made him fresh sandwiches. Asta was extremely helpful and accommodating in the run up to the wedding and on the day itself, we knew we could just relax and enjoy the day in the knowledge that if anything went wrong Asta would see to it! fabulous. The light that pours in, fills the room with something extra special. The room is just stunning, we kept to a very simple floral plan, and we felt that it looked so elegant on the day. I was bursting with joy when we had a sneak peek before the reception.

Asta is a woman I will never forget. She is always smiling and positive. She knows her job like the back of her hand and is ALWAYS at the end of the phone, and it is as if your wedding is the only one that's on her mind. She is expertly suited to her role. Asta offered us the advice and support we needed. Organising the reception was a wonderful and exciting experience. She is worth her weight in Gold, it felt like I was organising the day with a friend.

The food is delicious, and the choice is amazing. We had received the menu at the first meeting, so we had months to choose from it . On the day, the standard of service was beyond excellent. The waiting staff were all smiling and could not do enough for us. Asta was near me at all times making sure all was well. She needn't have worried It was amazing. We had some guest with food allergies and they were all given a super choice on the day. We also had a guests with severe mobility issues those guests were treated like royalty and with no fuss. The bridal suite is beautiful and they brought us our breakfast in the morning after. It was just fabulous. I didn't want to leave.

I could sit here all day listing the amazing things about Mulranny Park Hotel, the rooms are excellent and there are oodles of room for your well fed guests, the view, the service , the staff, its just all super. We will forever hold our day in your hotel, in our hearts. Hopefully we will

Bay. We were lucky to get a dry day so our guests could step out onto the terrace to enjoy their drinks overlooking the Atlantic. I am an event organizer in Ireland myself and I know that not many hotels have such a beautiful ballroom.

meetings with Alison prior to the wedding where you feel like you are sitting down with a friend to discuss how your plans are coming along, to all the phonecalls and emails she answered promtly and often with helpful suggestions. The day itself could not have gone better and between Alison during the day and Michael during the evening everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
We had nothing but posititve feedback on the location, the food and the service. Everyone throughly enjoyed themselves. I think anyone would find it hard to find a a better wedding hotel anywhere in the country. Thank you for everything you did to make our day one we will never forget. and the following evening too. Its a beautiful area so the surrounding countryside is wonderful for photos esp at the beach. Alison did her best to accomodate us at every opportunity and is excellent at her job. All the staff were so friendly that they made everyone relax and feel really at home.

was roasting and the hotel staff did everything they could to make our guests as comfortable as possible in such heat. The food was amazing on the day it was just as good as the tasting night and the wine is a good price and good quality.

Our guests loved the hotel and it's surroundings, having apartments connected to the hotel meant they could keep the cost down.

I would highly recommend this hotel to any couple considering it for as a venue to host their wedding, it's location and scenic beauty has won all our hearts.

question, and nothing was too much trouble. One of the things that was most important to us for our wedding day, was high quality food and service. The food in Mulranny Park hotel was fantastic, from the wedding meal to the fabulous scones, breakfast and the food available from the bar menu! As well as great food, the service was impeccable, the staff are so nice, friendly, genuine and helpful, and again every request on the day, food or otherwise was no problem!
The reception room is also bright and beautiful with exposed brick work and one of the best views in Mayo, and another more practical note, there is an extensive bar and balcony smoking area so your all your guests needs are accommodated in one room! Many of our guests travelled to our wedding from Dublin and further away (UK, Canada, Japan & Australia) and what more wonderful views in Mayo to greet them than Clew bay and Croagh Patrick. Many of our guests decided to spend the weekend, especially as we got married on a friday and there are plenty of local attractions (greenway cycle, achill island etc) for all ages to keep your guests entertained! Alison at the Mulranny Park hotel, we were decided.

The Mulranny Park hotel had the most breathtaking views from its function room. Most importantly, the space for the reception was amazing, the function room receives a huge amount of natural light and has beautiful views from all seats. Our guests could capture beautiful portraits from the function rooms balcony of the beach, clew bay and crogh Patrick without leaving the comfort of the hotel.

The location of the Hotel could not have been better for us because of the close proximity to the beach for the most amazing photos. As we had a civil ceremony the hotel staff offered us the use of the restaurant which was transformed by the staff with flowers and candles into a beautiful ceremony space.

The Hotel took great time and consideration into creating the perfect menu for our guests. The quality of food on the Wedding Day is what people remember. On the day of the Wedding, we could not have asked for more. The meal was beautifully presented, warm, tasted amazing, huge portions and the special dietary needs of all guests were met. It wasn't just a memorable wedding meal, but a memorable meal in itself.

Alison and all the staff ensured that everything ran smoothly and that we all had the very best day possible. All staff members were warm and courteous to all guests and made us all feel special. Although the waiting staff must have been under pressure, they spent extra time making sure all guests had everything they needed. This extra touch made us feel that the hotel values each customer and makes the guests feel special.

The room itself looked amazing and the flowers and decors were elegant. The next morning our breakfast was superb and guests were astounded by the views of clew bay and the amazing quality of the food. A memorable day, a memorable hotel.

If you're looking for a hotel with class with a homely seaside feel Mulranny is the place to go. It looks like its part of the history of the village with the heritage look and the view will take your breath away. I was looking for somewhere I'd be proud for my guests to look up online while booking their room as staying in Mulranny is a real treat. I was also looking for a hotel in our own county where I'd love to go back to with fond memories of our wedding and also a hotel that would stand the test of time to bring our children in years to come!
The staff were amazing, from booking through to checking out as Mr. and Mrs. Nothing was too much effort or any effort at all. The wedding fair was great, I would highly recommend this to anyone thinking of getting married there as you can book all your services on one day. It was close to our wedding date when it was on but we still organised out beautiful cake there. "Franc" was a great special guest and we picked up a few tips from him too!
The hotel was so relaxed to deal with which was very important to us. Even on the day, we were not made feel the centre of attention which was perfect as we got to enjoy the day with the rest of our guests just as every bride and groom should.
I can not rate Mulranny highly enough, all our guests loved the hotel. We are still hearing complements about the hotel, the flowers, the meal, the sound from the band, the rooms....everything! What a treat to have it in Co. Mayo, the perfect location for your perfect day!

Also in the week prior to the wedding 2 close relatives on both sides got seriously ill meaning a drop in numbers.
