her openness to incorporating the things that would make it personal for us, we knew that we had chosen well.
In the run-up to the wedding, Claire was impeccably attentive to detail, facilitating generous tastings, tours of the venue, while all the time answering every (every!) question we had and providing advice on photographs and reassurance on timings and bands when it was necessary! As time went on, we got to know every one on the team in the Park, Liane, Mary, Áine and Sheila, and they made us feel that they were invested in making sure the best day of our lives was exactly that.
Nature threw a spanner in the works the weekend we were due to get married - in the form of the Beast from the East! This is where the team at the Park really came into their own. No question, request or slight panic was too much! They kept their calm as arrangements changed, table plans moved and guests were unfortunately able to join. All throughout, Liane and her team were focused on making sure that logistics wouldn't prevent Teresa and I from enjoying everything.
The best feedback we got was from our guests. Everyone commented on the grandeur of the room, the friendliness of the staff (some guests even got to know them on first name terms!) and the beauty of the surroundings. However, it was the fantastic food that got the top prize! Piping hot, really tasty and servings aplenty, the Park Hotel's reputation for food is well-deserved and was proven in spades that day.
We had a great great day, and so much of that is due to the professionalism, friendliness and the exceptionalism of Claire, Liane and everyone at the Park Hotel. Thanks to each and every one of you.

We had our wedding party in the park Hotel Kiltimagh, I can not recommend it enough.
We booked our reception after five minutes in the hotel...such was the lovely homely vibe we got from the hotel!

were always on hand to help us in any way possible.
Most of our guests travelled to attend our wedding and so they stayed in the hotel, everyone was very happy with their room and the good breakfast the next morning, all of the hotel was booked out by our friends and family so it was lovely that everyone was together. Do not be dazzled by a larger hotel, this hotel is all heart.

floor. We met with Clare Brogan at The Park when looking at venues and we just knew we wanted to have our reception there. Claire is so easy to deal with and is so helpful. She makes all the planning so easy. The room looked amazing,it took my breath away when I saw it. While in the function room getting the pictures with the cake one of the staff arrived in with a plate of food for us,which was much appreciated after a busy morning. The attention to detail at the hotel is unreal. The food was excellent and plenty of it. The staff at the hotel are a credit. So helpful and welcoming. The Park Hotel is a great welcoming, friendly, well run hotel. Jarlath and I would highly highly recommend it for a wedding reception.

people travelling from Wexford that would need to stay the two nights were given a very competitive rate. The day of the wedding went so smoothly. The hotel was so beautifully decorated, the food was amazing and plentiful. Claire went above and beyond to come and round to us and round everyone to make sure everyone was looked after and had enough food and drinks. The next morning we were seeing people off and ended up having drinks in the bar for a few hour's. We hadn't settled up but there was no pressure from anyone. The staff were happy to hold on to stuff for us until we were ready to go. One thing that really stood out to us was Claire was sick the day of our wedding (which I didn't know until the next day) She never once said she was sick and carried on running the show until the end. To us that spoke volumes as to how dedicated and professional she is. We would highly recommend the Park Hotel as we had the best day of our lives thanks to the staff and their dedication.

The Park. Once booked we were able to relax again until closer to the wedding. Claire was there to help and offer advice on all aspects -band, food, wine etc. We dropped in jars and sweets and they provided us with a fab sweet table, baskets for the bathrooms and all were set up exactly as we would have wanted them.
On the day when we arrived the hotel looked fabulous, the drinks reception and finger food was lovely and all the guest seemed really happy. The reception went so smoothly and the food could not be faulted with loads of it for everyone. Claire knew we were determined not to have a really late start to the music and sure enough the team made sure we were out dancing without delay after the meal. I genuinely couldn’t fault the Park Hotel it was certainly a five star experience for us.
