Raheen House Hotel is one of the leading wedding venues in Munster. This romantic hotel, with a history going back to the 17th century, offers couples the chance to celebrate their wedding in exquisite surroundings.

The exclusive use hotel offers 15 elegant bedrooms within the tranquility of its private walled gardens, perfect for wedding celebrations. The refinement extends throughout the whole house incuding the Drawing Room for smaller weddings and Cobdens for larger weddings.

The hotel, which was awarded the Top Rated Venue Winner for Tipperary 2015 and 2016, has a team of wedding specialists who assist couples in creating their bespoke wedding, transforming each dream into an unforgetable day.

Organising weddings from overseas has become a speciality of the wedding team.However, our priority remains giving our undivded attention given to all of our wedding couples.

Although, Raheen House Hotel is a mere five minute walk from the centre of Clonmel town it has a countryside manor house feel that appeals to all guests.

Both Waterford and Cork airports are a short distance away, the hotel being just an hour away from both. Clonmel Bus and Train Station are just five minutes by car.

From the moment we first looked up Raheen House until now we love the place and its staff. We had spent sometime looking at other venues online but we both felt that Raheen House was the one for us due to its beauty and intimacy. We decided that on a trip to back to Ireland we would visit it and …

couldn’t have been happier as it looked even better than the photos. Its truly beautiful and unique, something we felt couldn’t be matched by anywhere else, and booked it there and then.

What really stood out for us from the moment we arrived for the 1st time, was Mark and his teams flexibility, especially as we were organising our big day from outside of Ireland within 5 months. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that we could make the day ours with little touches. Also their communication during the planning process couldn’t have been better, emails were being sent at all times of the day and night and always promptly replied too. The team are clearly geared up for weddings and could make great suggestions, for instance they recommended our band. Maybe we are biassed but we thought they were the best wedding band we have ever seen and our guest said so too.

We both felt that the teams management of the day was incredible, everything ran onetime without anything seeming rushed and just flowed perfectly which made us feel at easy. Even us arriving early from the church didn’t faze the team and they were ready and waiting for us.

We both thoroughly enjoyed the rehearsal dinner and we must say that we felt the food on the day was even more exceptional, which is incredible thinking how many people they had to feed. The service was second to none on the day and our guests with special dietary requirements were well looked after and commented how good it was.

Overall we can truly say that without the team at Raheen House our day wouldn’t have been as special to us. We hope to stay again in the not too distant future and arrange other family functions there.

are extremely well maintained and provided a gorgeous backdrop for our photographs and the walled garden with its quirky gate and wild flowers was the perfect space for our ceremony. The food was delicious and the bar service was excellent.
It's the little things that really make a difference and we met wonderful people who were extremely friendly, professional and attentive to everyone – young and old.
We could not recommend Raheen House Hotel highly enough and we consider ourselves very lucky to have celebrated our wedding day there.

lovely warm and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect wedding venue for us. Mark and all of the staff could not have been better to deal with and while being super organised and professional, were also so relaxed and personable, contributing to the lovely relaxed feeling at Raheen House. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the small little things that we asked them to do on the day were already done before we even had to ask. The majority of our guests, like ourselves, were unfamiliar with the venue in advance, but we got so much positive feedback from everybody - they absolutely loved the venue and the flow of the house for the wedding, from the outdoor areas for the drinks reception, to the gardens, to the lovely reception room with the patio outside. The food at Raheen House is top class and the menus are great value for the quality of product and service that you are getting. It's a truly wonderful venue, with great staff and a lovely atmosphere, and we could not recommend it more highly for your wedding day.
