with things & if I needed any help with anything. Caroline is an asset to the hotel. She made our whole experience relaxed, enjoyable & fun. She is absolutely excellent at her job & anything we asked for she went above & beyond for us. As the big day drew closer, our meal tasting was organised, for an evening that suited us. When we arrived to the hotel, we were expecting to sit in the bar, however we were ushered into the main restaurant & had our own waitress & manager serving us & ensuring our meal was everything we expected it to be. Our waitress for the night Monika was absolutely brilliant, as was the manager. The hotel was so accommodating regarding the food & menu choice we wanted. As the months drew to weeks & weeks became days, we had our final meeting with Caroline. She had asked for a plan & rough timetable of the day, suppliers & numbers etc. She literally took over the whole thing & gave me nothing to worry about. There was a small hiccup on the morning which Caroline & John sorted out before I could even know about. On the day, we had Caroline, Leo & John - the dream team as they will always be known to us. Leo took care of our day - reception, meal, speeches & the party. He is a legend. Our friends and family are still talking about how brilliant he ran his team for the day. We were still up at 530am with him & his bar staff!! Gemma on reception was brilliant also! From start to finish the whole team were fantastic. The hotel is a family run hotel & that is sure what we got. We had the best day ever from ceremony, to reception to the party! We will never forget everything you did to make our day so special! John, Leo and all of the team ensured everything ran smoothly and all we had to do was enjoy the celebrations. The feedback from our guests was all praise and rightly so. We have such great memories from the day and we will be forever grateful. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

We attended a couple of meetings with Caroline whose attitude was very relaxed yet efficient and very assuring as we neared the big day. We arrived at the hotel the night before the wedding where 15 of our guests had flown in early to join us. We booked dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent and made for a very relaxed evening.
The day of the wedding was brilliant, from the time we got up staff were at hand at all times and walked us through any questions we had and helped in any way to ensure the ceremony room and the function room were to our liking and anything we needed was not a problem. This included coffee and a friendly chat to calm the nerves at 7 am from Danielle. The head of housing keeping whose name I forget kindly ironing shirts at the last minute. The reception staff who booked in our guests without fuss and a warm welcome and answered our many queries.
The constant good humoured attentiveness all day of John, Fred. and Nick who oversaw the day. The waiting staff who were all extremely helpful in fulfilling anything we asked for. The meal was overseen by Leo and we have received a huge amount of compliments from our guests on the quality of the food and the efficiency of the staff. To Avi who deserved particular praise for his kindness to us on the day and when we visited to have our taster meal.
There were many comments that came back to us about how helpful the staff were how good the rooms were.
