Settled in the heart of the Gateway Town of Ballybofey, the Villa Rose has a long-standing reputation as one of the most popular Wedding Venues in Donegal. Family run since 2000, the Villa Rose has a unique charm that exudes the traditional Donegal welcome.

Our purpose-built ballroom is beautifully decorated and comes complete with all those little finishing touches that make it the perfect backdrop for your wedding day. Whether you opt for a Civil Ceremony or to host your Reception, we have the perfect space to fulfil your needs.

At the Villa Rose we offer a unique Boutique Wedding experience with only one wedding a day, our priority being you and your guests. Our unique space means we can cater for a more Intimate wedding while also having the capacity to host up to 350 guests in our Cappry Suite.

We offer a selections of Packages to suit all tastes and budgets and love working with our couples to create a Wedding that is truly personal to them and reflects their own style.

Just a short drive from the hotel you will find our Thatched Cottage and Gardens that offer the perfect spot to have your wedding photos, you also have the option of Drumboe Woods which is directly behind the hotel.
