Had a fabulous wedding in the Westgrove Hotel. Helen and the staff went above and beyond to make our day and dreams come true. I highly recommend them and their little finishing touches just make our day and made us feel so special.

Myself and my Husband Simon were Married here on 7th July 2018. From the moment we went to our first wedding fair we were greeted with a very welcoming smile from all staff and on our first visit Catherine was so helpful showing us around the hotel and explaining what was included in all packages on …

offer. When we went for our first meeting to book the Hotel, Catherine listened to all our questions and answered each one for us. When we decided we go ahead and book The Westgrove Hotel and I had some requests to alter our package, Catherine listened and once again helped me so well in accommodating to these requests.
When Helen took over from Catherine everything went well. Helen was a pleasure to deal with for the remainder of our wedding planning. She had all our files regarding all our requests from Catherine and it was all go anytime I needed help or had a question, Helen was always there to help out she was a pleasure to have involved in our Wedding Day.
All the suppliers included in the All Inclusive Package were amazing. This package is such an amazing deal, it takes so much pressure off having to search for suppliers.
All the Staff at The Westgrove were extremely polite on our Wedding Day. I also would like to thank you so much for being so welcoming to our Son who has Autism. You all were so kind to him and made the day so much easier for him.
All our guests loved this Hotel so much, food and drink were amazing.
We also had a Second Day here and once again all staff went above and beyond for us. Thank You all so much.

I don't even know how or where to start on thanking you and the hotel staff for giving me and Phil the most amazing wedding day!

We had the most amazing experience from start to finish! Everything was perfect...I can't even individually pinpoint one thing that was perfect it was literally perfect …

on all aspects...me and my family were made feel so welcome and every guest personally came to myself and Philip to compliment the hotel and staff to say they have never experienced a more fantastic wedding and an amazing group of staff as they were so helpful in every way.

We would also like to make a particular thank you to the amazing Tom and Yon (sorry if I have spelt his name wrong) they were unbelievable to us! Especially Yon with my children he was amazing with them and really looked after us the whole weekend.... and to yourself Helen for being so helpful and just brilliant throughout the whole process you literally made the planning of our wedding so easy! We could never thank you enough.

I will highly recommended the Westgrove hotel to all my family and friends whether its someone getting married or just for food and a drink!

I also wanted to thank you and the hotel for the beautifully engraved champagne glasses that were left in our room they were so thoughtful and lovely to always have! Such a lovely gift.

I could honestly go on and on about how amazing you have all been as there is so much to thank you all for but would love if you could just pass this onto all the staff!
