Our ‘one Wedding per day’ policy, dedicated Wedding Team, attention to detail, superb food, stunning décor and excellent service mean that your special day will be everything you dreamed….and more. As a family run hotel, we pride ourselves on offering each couple personalised attention to ensure every aspect of their special day captures the essence of their union.

The romance of our sublime, crystal-chandeliered Garden Ballroom will have your guests truly lost for words. Opening up on to a beautiful Garden Terrace and Secret Garden, our Garden Ballroom boasts floor to ceiling windows that allow access and a view of the idyllic private gardens beyond. This stunning space accommodates up to 260 guests and the Hotel also has smaller private spaces for more intimate weddings. Plus there is a Kids VIP Den safely tucked into the side of our garden space to keep your younger guests entertained too.

At the end of your day, our Wedding Suite will be the perfect sanctuary for you to retreat to after the celebrations. Elegantly appointed with a four poster bed and open fireplace, you will be able to peacefully enjoy your first hours of married life together. In the morning, you will awake to a Champagne Breakfast in the privacy of your Suite.

We have two facilities for Civil Ceremonies & Blessings - one outside and one inside! Our outside stunning Secret Garden set-up leads from our Garden Ballroom with the gorgeous backdrop of our private landscaped gardens, featuring a twinklingly-lit willow tree, decorative flower / plant walls and gazebo.

A new addition for Spring 2023 is our inside civil ceremony space set-up, The Little White Chapel at The Clanard Court, located adjacent to our Secret Garden against the stunning backdrop of the rolling country fields that surround the hotel.

There are no words worthy in the English language to accurately capture how we feel about our day at the Clanard, and how amazing everyone was to deal with. It was amazing, the place is beautiful but above that, how we are made feel somewhere is what matters most to us, and every time we were there …

we were made feel so welcome and so looked after. Every guest commented on the fantastic staff and food and how stunning the venue is. The chapel has my heart forever also.

Emma was amazing to deal with, always coming back to my messages and emails and getting me sorted quickly. John was a pleasure to deal with also and took care of everything wonderfully on the day.

From Suzanne helping with reservations to Hazel, Laura and Shirley on reception who are so lovely, and Liz in f&b who I truly can't say enough kind things about, she's one of a kind and such a lovely person, all the way to Anne in the bar and of course, Piotr and all the other wonderful servers, we can't fault a single thing. The most down-to-earth, welcoming hospitality I've had. I'm normally terrible with names but each one of the staff made such a positive, lasting impression. An amazing team all round in a stunning venue, with stunning gardens with excellent packages to suit all.

The food is amazing here, whether it was the wedding, new years eve or any of the other 20 times we've visited, we always left with a belly full of unbelievably delicious food. Fair play to the chefs as everything was always so tasty and well presented. Wholeheartedly recommend the Clanard Court for any occasion but especially weddings. All the staff on the day were just amazing, they are just the most welcoming and friendly people. You feel at home from the minute you arrive. Our guests spoke so highly of the staff and the hotel and just all agreed it was truly magical. John went out of his way to speak to each table to check in on our guests, which was so lovely. The attention to detail was nothing short of amazing the place looked exactly how I wished it would.

We were married at the Clanard Court in August of this year and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the first visit, Emma made planning and organising so easy with her support and communication.

setting it gave us for our ceremony. John and the staff were so good when it came to food and drink for our guests, they couldn't do enough. The service was fantastic!

Our guests were amazed by the size of the rooms and the quality of the food. Overall we are so happy that we chose the Clanard Court and would highly recommend it as a wedding venue.
