Step into the award winning wedding venue that is Lough Eske Castle, and you step into an imposing Tudor Baronial castle, lavishly refurbished in 2007 and extended to create the modern comforts and graceful luxury of a world class boutique hotel . With stunning views amidst humdreds of acres of unspoilt woodlands, the landscape is as magnificent as the hotel itself.

The castle is a mere 5km from bustling Donegal Town and close to beautiful beaches, top golf courses, and some of the best surfing in the world. For a destination wedding, Simon and the team could not have made it any more stress and hassle free. We planned our wedding all the way from Australia, we had never been to Donegal or the hotel and I am so glad we chose Lough Eske! The staff were so accommodating and friendly, no job was too big. …

preparations was brilliant and second to none, ye made everything we wanted happen, the staff are just fantastic nothing was too much trouble we were looked after so well from the time we arrived on Wednesday till we left on the Friday, they attended to our ever whim, you have a very impressive, warm, welcoming and competent team at Lough Eske. You are in a different league entirely. The food was fantastic, the night before and the day of the wedding the meal was delicious.The 23rd of May is a date that will always be in our memory not just because of the wedding but the entire experience at Lough Eske thanks a million Guys ye are the best !!!
