This will let your skin breathe a little and it will also cut down your night time routine the night before.
The Night Before and the day of
An early night goes without saying but a mild exfoliant the night before and hitting the sack at a reasonable hour will give you that running start in the morning. If you find you’re a little puffy around the eyes, keep two teaspoons in the fridge to pop on your face for 10 minutes in the morning. The cooling sensation of the teaspoons should reduce any increased blood flow to your skin which can occur when nerves are raised.
