Big City Date Night Look

Ahhhh…. Date Night! Every once in a while, going on a date can be a really fun excuse to dress up and spend some well deserved quality time with someone you love. Dates are also a great reason to de-stress and forget about your week full of wedding planning!

Is there anything more fun that an exciting date night? Whether you’ve just met someone you have a crush on or it’s your 50th date, a treat with your special guy could be just the thing you both need.

While having options when it comes to a date is usually a plus, big date nights can get a little confusing. How casual is too casual? Can you wear pants? What is too dressy?

Well, it totally depends on where you end up going! This look is more of a casual after work city date or a day time cultural museum date. Basically, any date where you might end up doing a lot of walking around (not so much fun in heels). If you’ve decided you’re not committing your feet to the torture of heels, up-play a girly look with a flirty floral dress, and romantic makeup and hair full of curls and volume. A date look doesn’t have to be glammed up to the nines, as long as it’s appropriate to the date!

This Date Night look works well with

  • A fun picnic
  • Brunch
  • Museum trip
  • A walk in the park
  • Mini road trip
