After secretly tieing the knot in a civil ceremony at the beginning of last week. Brian McFadden and Vogue Williams celebrated their wedding officially in Florence amongst 80 family and friends.
The couple chose a 1,000 year old medieval style castle named Castello di Vincigliata in the Italian countryside. The couple wed after being engaged for just 8 months, having started dating in May of last year. Some of you may recognise Vogue from spin-off RTE show ‘Fade Street’. Although the drama proved to be a flop, Vogue has been DJing in Ireland for the last 5 years as well as juggling a modelling career. Having recently moved to Australia she has competed in Dancing with the Stars, while Brian was a judge on Australia’s Got Talent.
Brian had ended his four year engagement with singer Delta Goodrem a month before meeting Vogue. The ex-Westlife member has 2 children from his previous marriage with Kerry Katona. The two girls, Molly and Lily-Sue played their part in the wedding ceremony as flower girls. Having signed a exclusive deal with an Australian magazine, security was very tight at the event. No snaps of the couple can be found as of yet, we’ll have to keep a look out!
Vogue took to her blog in the middle of July to tell her fans she had found the perfect wedding dress, “Im getting my dress designed by J’aton”. We will be interested in getting a glimpse of the dress as Vogue usually does well in the style department! Brian is also a social media lover, the star tweeted “I’m getting married today. #justsayin” on the morning of the big day. He also posted the featured photo 2 days after with the caption ‘mr & mrs mcfadden on the train’. They look happy, and in love!
