Rumours have come to surface that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may have tied the knot during a ceremony in the Caribbean Turks and Caicos Islands on Christmas Day!!
The couple, who announced their engagement in April 2012 and have been seeing one another for over 7 years , met on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith in 2004. At the time Brad was married to Jennifer Aniston yet by 2005 the couple had separated and by April of that year Brads romance with Angelina was public knowledge.
Brad and Angelina spent the Christmas Holidays and New Year at the private Parrot Cay estate which is owned by designer Donna Karan. They spent the break away with their 6 children, Brad’s parents Jane and William Pitt, along with his brother Doug and sister Julie. This certainly sparked rumours that he guest might well be in attendance to see the Hollywood couple tie the knot! The couple are said to have hired 12 nannies to take care of their 6 children!
A few months back, at the premiere of Brad’s film ‘Killing Me Softly’, he announced that the wedding would take place ‘soon’. “It’s soon. I got a good feeling about it. I am getting more pressure from my kids, and it is something I want to do within their lifetime, but I also feel like the time has come. The time is nigh,” the actor added.
In December Angelina’s stylist was said to have been seen collecting wedding rings from Neil Lane jewellers for the couple. We are waiting for the celeb couple to put the rumours to bed by announcing whether or not they did actually get married. If they have infact tied the knot I simply cannot wait to see some photographs!!
