The 2013 Wimbledon tennis ace recently notched 500 career tour-level wins, celebrated the wedding with long-time partner Kim Sears in his hometown of Dunblane in Scotland on a typically windy day. Crowds of fans and spectators gathered in the streets to try and get a glimpse of ‘Scotland’s Royal Couple’. Murray and Sears first met at the 2005 U.S. Open. The long term couple became engaged last November and married on the 11th of April, 2015.

All of the bride’s and groom’s family and friends and former English tennis star,Tim Henman also attended the highly anticipated wedding.

Fellow tennis stars such as, Rafael Nadal and Caroline Wozniacki offered their well-wishes and congratulations to the happy couple.

Andy went with a traditional outfit — a blue, green, and yellow kilt — Kim opted for a vintage-like Jenny Packham gown, paired with a long veil and embellished headpiece.

However, Murray and Sears will not be jetting off on a honeymoon until the end of the season, according to his grandmother Shirley. It is likely that their honeymoon will take place after the the season-ending World Tour Finals, which take places in the middle of November.
