After 10 years together, Shauna and Jonathan’s wedding at The Shamrock Lodge Hotel on the 27th November 2015 was the start of something new. As the winter sun set in the stunning gardens, their colour scheme of warm Persian plum set against the bridal party’s crisp white fur capes created a magical atmosphere. The stunning bride’s cascading orchid bouquet popped in every wedding photograph.
“We always loved The Shamrock Lodge Hotel for weddings, as we had previously attended a few. There was no competition when it came to choosing our venue. Everything was amazing. Friends and family were complimenting and talking about the food the day after and we were very impressed with the new honeymoon suite – it really is beautiful.”

After visiting one of the oldest bars in Ireland for a few photo ops and cheeky tipples, a cosy hot chocolate stand greeted guests to provide a bit of relief from the winter chill. Their reception was fun-filled and fantastic with selfie sticks and photo props on each table and a magician to provide some evening entertainment.
