Top 10 Things To Remember On Your Wedding Day

Your wedding day begins early in the morning and ends late at night. With all the goings on, and people to meet it can be easy to get lost in the moment and forget certain things. Here I have come up with a list of things you should remember on your wedding day. Don’t fret about remembering every last detail. The wedding coordinator in the venue and of course your bridesmaids will be miles ahead of you and have everything in order!

10. Eat Breakfast

Something simple which so many brides forget to do! Give yourself 30 minutes in the m0rning to enjoy a good breakfast, it will set you up for the day. The last thing you want is to hear your stomach rumbling before walking up the aisle!

9. Wedding Bag

Make sure you have all the essentials packed in your wedding bag. It would be a good idea to even do this the night before the wedding so you can just grab it and go!

8. Overnight Bag

Don’t forget your overnight bag! Have this packed a few days before the wedding and get someone to bring it to the hotel or venue the morning of the wedding.

7. Get to The Church on Time

While us brides are known to arrive at the wedding ceremony a little later than the groom, don’t be too late either. Your groom will be nervous as it is, no need to have him thinking you might not show!

6. Feed the Suppliers

The wedding venue will have arrangements to serve some food tot he suppliers, but it’s a good idea to remind them when you arrive at the venue. Don’t forget the people who are working hard to make your day everything you wished for.

5. Toss The Bouquet

Often the bride is too busy enjoying herself that she forgets to throw her bouquet. Have your maid of honour remind you when everyone has relaxed and get her to round up those single ladies!

4. Don’t Fret The Little Things

If something small goes wrong, or something is delayed. Don’t worry! Remember what this day means to you and your groom, the beginning of your life as husband and wife.

3. Mingle With Guests

While this might be more difficult at larger weddings, try as much as possible to make your way around the room to mingle and say hello to all of your wedding guests. They are here for you and will appreciate you making the effort.

2. Smile

This is one thing I’m sure I don’t have to tell you to remember, but just to be sure! Make sure your photographer captures the most beautiful wedding photographs by smiling throughout the day.

1.Soak Up Every Moment

Your wedding day only comes around once (hopefully!). Make sure you take in every moment and soak up the atmosphere and laughter from your friends and family who are there to celebrate this special day with you.
