When it comes to a holiday, couples can often have different tastes on what interests them. If both of your tastes happen to range from city breaks to sunny destinations, Jennifer says going on a worldwide tour, mentioning Maldives and Dubai as key spots to look out for. “Abu Dhabi is the more affordable option to Dubai” Jennifer recommends.
“Florida to New York journey pretty much has the best of both worlds,” says Jennifer. Mentioning, “With gorgeous beaches, twining it with one of the busiest cities in the world, it’s difficult to fault this dream team. Or, if you’re looking for something a little closer to home, stay within Europe and visit a city like Croatia for both relaxation and culture”, Jennifer advises.
When it comes to the top honeymoon destinations of 2014, Jennifer says that “couples are more interested in all-inclusive deals than ever.” Jennifer notes that “couples are really after something unique to themselves that has been tailor-made to suit them, which is something we specialise in.” She also notes that “safaris have become popular all over again, especially combined with a beach”. Canada has also become a laid back hotspot, mentioning, “The Rockies is something that is very appealing to honeymooners.”
Jennifer also shared with us the “rise of the mini-moon”, becoming an ever more popular option for the modern day newlywed couple. “ She mentions that European destinations are often popular. “Short five-day breaks on the Lisbon coast has been a huge favourite for couples.” Adding, “Dubrovnik is a wonderful destination for even 4-5 days. Florence is another lovely choice for a short break.”
