Many wedding couples worry that there guests won’t enjoy the music or will get bored as the night goes on at the wedding reception. There is no need to fear that if you have the Suite performing at your wedding! 1. What style music do The Suite perform at weddings?
The Suite perform a wide variety of music from Country to Western to Rock n Roll and Pop, with a ‘something for everyone’ policy!!
2. Tell us a bit about ye’re history, when did the band start?
The band formed around five years ago. Each of the members were already very established and accomplished musicians, busy working on the pub scene. After playing for a friends wedding they knew that was where the future lay!
3. What do you guys think makes the ideal wedding band?
An ideal wedding band is a delicate balance, first and foremost is the music! After that the bride and groom want to feel reassured with a professional attitude.
4. Many wedding couples worry their guest will not like the style music at their wedding and won’t enjoy themselves. What advice would you give to them?
The best piece of advice is trust the band. If they have made the right choice then a good band will always know from experience the best way to deliver an amazing accompaniment to their big day.

6. How do ye like to spend your free time?
Free time?? When we get it! We like to unwind with the family, go for long walks on the beach and watch a good action packed film.
7. If ye had to pick one, would would be the person in the music industry you all most look up to?
Jedward!!!!… ha ha… If only we could figure out how to make so much money for doing so little.

The Suite are a group of professional musicians who have played countless weddings, balls, corporate events, parties, full light and sound electric rock sets and the most intimate of acoustic sets. Shawn Allen is their lead singer, Barry Power on guitar and vocals, Alan Kelly on bass guitar and vocals and last but by no means least, Ben Parker on drums. The Suite’s aim is to have something for everyone, young and old alike. Whether you would like to have your Father dancing to Christy Moore, your Mother singing to Imelda May or your friends letting their hair down to Kings of Leon and Imelda May. Their setlist has it all!
