“We loved everything about the Glenview Hotel from the moment we arrived! Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The grounds are absolutely amazing and we knew that we would have stunning pictures in the gardens.”
“The Glenview really stands out as a wedding venue, because of the location, landscape and the gardens! Our drinks reception in the gardens was fantastic. We decorated the gardens with pink and orange lanterns, keeping with the wedding theme colours. Alina even had the summer punch made in pink to match!”
“It can be so hard to choose a wedding photographer. We were looking for a photographer that took natural looking, but vibrant photographs. We didn’t want to spend the day posing for photographs, but wanted the day documented in a fun way. Phil from ‘Give us a goo’ was so easy going and unobtrusive, but managed to take amazing photographs that really captured the atmosphere of the day.”
“Another thing that we loved about the Glenview was the driveway up to the hotel. We stopped in the driveway to take photographs before going to the reception and these are our some of our favourites photos from the wedding!”
“We were planning our wedding for 2 years and loved every minute of it. In the last few weeks before the day itself we had pretty much everything organised, so we were able to start the celebrations early and really enjoyed the build up!”
“For the wedding menu, we tried a bit of everything at the tasting, it was so difficult to choose because everything was so delicious! Our guests were raving about the food and the service during the meal was impeccable. The menu we went for was:

“For our wedding colours, the bridesmaids were dressed in pink and we had pink and orange flowers and decorations. We also incorporated lace and pearl into the bouquets, cake, and other decorations.”
“Funnily enough, I had actually seen my dress at a wedding fair in the Glenview Hotel 2 years before the wedding! I had loved it so much that when I was shopping for my dress I went straight to Anne Gregory in the hope that she still had it. She did and when I tried it on I knew it was the one!”
“If we had to give advice to other couples, it is to be as organised as possible. That way you can enjoy and appreciate not just the wedding day, but the entire run up to the wedding.”
“The highlight of the day for us, was walking into the garden reception for the first time. When we saw just how beautiful the gardens looked and all our guests who had taken the time to come share our day and how much they were enjoying themselves, it was worth all the hard work and planning!”
