The Royal Wedding: What Budding Blooms Will Star In Meghan's Wedding Bouquet?

The Royal Wedding is just FIVE days away! Can you believe it?!

As all the details come together ahead of the very near wedding day between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, you must be wondering what this glorious day will look like. Well, one detail that’s come to light is who the pair has chosen to help beautify the world’s biggest wedding event.

Florist Phillippa Craddock has been chosen to help create the couple’s wedding vision. Craddock has a big job ahead of her! She will be responsible for decorating St. George’s Chapel, the bride’s bouquet, bridesmaids flowers, the floral décor at the reception following the ceremony, and the more formal reception later in the evening.

According to reports, Craddock will stay relatively traditional, while adding hints of romance and elegance throughout. She will be sticking to seasonally appropriate blooms such as white garden roses, peonies and foxgloves. The white garden roses are said to be an ode to Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana. Reports are that the couple has asked the floral designer to use the white garden roses throughout the flower arrangements and bouquets as they were Diana’s favourites.

There’s no doubt that Harry and Meghan’s wedding day will be nothing short of spectacular. As the royal family are quite fond of flowers, rumour has it that a majority of the blooms will come from their own Crown Estate and Windsor Great Park. We can’t wait to see the final result and Craddock’s work on the day!
