‘Beetroot cured salmon with pea and wasabi cream, golden beetroot and micro herbs’ to start, followed with ‘Chargrilled fillet of beef with fondant potato, braised shallot, Café de Paris butter and watercress’ and to finish ‘Eton mess with crushed meringue, fresh berries and lemon curd cream’.
